Mortgage Loan Analysts Needed - 2/11/08

Only one POSITION TO FILL.  We are looking for QUALIFIED CAREER MINDED LOAN ANALYSTS.  At least 2 yrs. experience in origination with a background in government paper as well.  First Fidelity Mtg. has a large community presence and is the leading mortgage advertiser in the Baltimore region.  Infomercials, direct mail, internet, cable TV are all part of our marketing parameters.  Our loan analysts average 8-10 leads per day….all distributed evenly….all call ins, infomercial leads, and website inquiries.  Company is licensed in  MD,PA, DC, VA, NC, SC, FL and MI.   Nationally FHA licensed through HUD .  FNMA, Freddie Mac, and VA approved as well.  First year agents  have the potential to earn $75K-125K ,  Seasoned LO’s earn  200K+ yr.    Current top producers earn in excess of $300K yr.   
 
We use  Calyx POINT software for originating, 3xms lead software for lead distribution and management, CREDIT PLUS for credit and supplement pulls.  Applicant is able to use DU, LP, etc. with all lenders.  Remote desktop available to work out of home when needed.

First Fidelity Mortgage is a sole proprietorship that has been in business since1999.  Owner has 14 yrs. experience in Mortgage Industry.  Proficient in all paper.  Personally licensed in MD,PA, DC, VA, NC, SC, FL and MI.  Personal experience with lending on all paper and carrying a $10 million warehouse line.  Processors with the company each have over 8 yrs. experience in processing, 5-6 yrs. with firm, Sales mgr. has 7 yrs.in, and Office mgr. has 6 yrs.

Applicant will be a W2 employee.  Minimum monthly fees are required to receive leads.
50% commission available for all applicants.  Office hours are 9a-8p Mon-Thur.  9a-5p Fridays.  LOs start work at 10am.  Flexible work hours for top producers.  401K, Health Insurance, Life Insurance all available.  Professional conference room on site for originations and closings.  On site parking.  Large road front and changeable sign in the heart of Perry Hall on Bel Air Rd.  70K car count per day.  Walk ins also available to all Loan Analysts and distributed evenly.
